BOOT
CAMP
An electrifying and progressive high-intensity program
designed to increase lean tone muscle and burn fat fast.
The bootcamp is everchanging meaning no class is ever the
same. The exercises, rest periods, weights, and bodyweight
is manipulated in such a way that you will never be bored.
Abs are always done toward the end of class to finish off
the physique with an ab toning and shredding experience. A
full workout wouldn't be complete without recovery, so you
will be guided through yoga and stretching at the end of
the class to maximize recovery and flexibility. A full
training and nutrition guide is given to each client to
provide modificatios specific to each individual to get
you lean in the fatest time possible. In three months, you
will have achieved what takes most years, extraordinary
results in record time! For ages 7 and up. (60 min)

CARDIO
KICKBOXING
A high energy, intense cardiovascular and strength
conditioning class that incorporates movements derived
from boxing, martial arts and kickboxing. A dynamic and
challenging workout with a blend of punches and kicks set
to upbeat music that will blow your mind, build strength
and stamina, as well as incredible mental and physical
focus. Multi-level, for beginners or advanced students.

HITTS
& MITTSEnjoy the complete and empowering
workout of a professional boxer or kickboxer. This
incredible non-contact workout uses the same training
techniques used by professional fighters. Participants
will learn proper stance, punching and kicking techniques
starting with a basic jab. Training includes footwork
drills, ab workouts, working 3 minute rounds on the heavy
bag, one-on-one ring work with a professional fighter, and
more. Multi-Level. Cost $8 per session. (90 min)

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu emphasizes getting an opponent to the
ground in order to utilize ground fighting techniques and
submission holds involving joint-locks and chokeholds.
Techniques based on leverage and timing instead of
strength and speed. Anyone can learn, man or woman,
regardless of altheletic ability. Emphasizes preserving
ones's energy while forcing opponent defeat self. Adults
